Shipping & Delivery
Flate rate of £3.95 per order. (correct as of 1st January 2016)
We deliver our standard UK parcels using UK mail. We aim to dispatch orders normally by next day if ordered by midday except where engraving bottles where we expect to dispatch within 7 days (This is subject to availability). Once dispatched, your order should be with you by 6pm the following day. We will inform you if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order. If you provided a mobile phone number you should receive a text message with delivery details. You will be provided with tracking details by email.
Last orders dates for Christmas Delivery
• Last order for personalised bottles – Friday 16th December 2016 midnight
• Last order for bespoke perfume – Wednesday 21st December 2016 midday
• Last order for everything else – Wednesday 21st December 2016 midday
Returns & Replacements
We are happy to offer a refund on any items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase In the event of a product fault or dissatisfaction upon receipt of delivery, we will replace the item(s) after they are returned to us at Head Office. Goods are returned at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
